What we get asked most often
Which towns in the Basque Country do you cover?
We are based in Biarritz and serve the whole Basque coast and its hinterland: Bayonne, Anglet, Bidart, Guéthary, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Ciboure, Urrugne, Hendaye, Espelette and Cambo-les-Bains, as well as the southern Landes.
How far in advance should we book?
A few days for meal trays, three to six weeks for a seminar or a cocktail reception, and nine to eighteen months for a wedding in high season, from May to September.
What are your rates?
Our packages start at €25 per person for delivered formats, €45 for a cocktail or buffet served with staff, and €70 for a large-scale event. The detailed quote follows within 48 working hours.
Do you supply staff, tableware and furniture?
Service staff are included from the Signature package upwards. Tableware and furniture are available on request in that same package, and come as standard on large-scale events.
Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Yes, from the quote onwards: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, pork-free and declared allergies are built into the menu rather than handled as a plate on the side.
Do you also cater weddings and private receptions?
Yes. Corporate events are our core business, and we also cater weddings, birthdays and family meals from 15 to 500 guests throughout the Basque Country.
